I love this product! I use it before I sleep and the heat feature helps so much. I don’t even have to worry about the heat lasting too long because it stops after a set amount of time. For a while now, I’ve been having a eye bags but I feel like the massaging cold gel has been helping me. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing product!

Well after only owning this mask for a short time the charging part on the mask broke and it's now basically useless 😒 very upsetting since I use this thing nightly and have a vacation coming up that I really wanted to use it on. And of course it's past the return date so yeah, sucks. Hope this helps anyone else!!This mask is very relaxing! The heat gets up to a perfect temp for me (I like hot but not burning) The vibration rhythm, even tho there's only one option, changes to different modes/lengths and is very mediative and calming. Whether it's for headaches/migraines or just falling asleep it's a good buy. The only thing I REALLY WISH they had was a longer time option! I'll get so calm and relaxed but I do not fall a sleep in 15min or less lol. Obviously you can just click it back on but you can also only do that so many times before it dies and needs recharging. Also the strap is a tad uncomfortable in certain positions, IDK if I have a weird shaped head but I just easily move it around while still staying in my head. All in all it's an awesome eye mask👍 I have not used the cold pack with it but sure it works as any pack would.

I was looking for a sleep mask which could help me sleep better, I’m glad i found this one. It has lot of features included in it and all of them help me provide relaxation in giving me sound sleep and feeling very refreshed after wake up.

Compared to similar non-battery-powered heated eye masks, this one is less comfortable since there is what I assume is a battery pack located at the bridge of your nose, which also limits how closely it can conform to your face. The battery lasts for several uses, but the temperature starts to drop as the charge runs low. When fully-charged, the heat is comparable to non-battery-powered masks. I wouldn't expect this to last for a full week of daily use without recharging. The fixed 15-minute timer is less flexible than most other heated eye masks, but at least it's a reasonable duration. My biggest complaint is probably that there is no removable cover that can be washed, unlike other masks, and you can't just wash the whole thing, electronics and all, so you have to resort to spot cleaning. So I imagine this will eventually start getting a bit grimy with regular use.

And when I'm not pressing it against my face, it doesn't actually touch my eye until past halfway to the outer corner.Also, it feels like the heating element is somewhere around the part that rests over the outer corner of my eye, so there's barely any heat reaching much past the middle of my eye even when I do press it closer.I normally use a microwavable eye compress to help with dry eyes by keeping the oil glands in my eyelids from becoming clogged, but I like having plug-in and battery ones around too, as backups in case of a power outage, and/or in case I wake up in the middle of the night and want to use it without getting up and waking myself up further, and/or while away from home.I have an okay-ish battery one, but I'm still trying to find a really good one to fill that slot, so I keep testing ones that I see show up. This one definitely isn't going to be it, since it wouldn't do enough to keep my eyes healthy.I only got it for the heat, not the vibration, but I did check that for a bit and I guess it could work okay if that sort of thing is helpful for you. For me, it was more ticklish / overstimulating, kind of like the feeling that sometimes travels through your nose when using an electric toothbrush.So anyway... I will continue my search.
