We have lived in our home for 7 years and never had cluster flies before, but this winter, we were inundated with them. I know that they are harmless, but we had an invasion on apocalyptic levels. I am not exaggerating when I say that there were thousands of them. Whilst they were living in the loft, we constantly had a few flying around each room of the house as well, so they had to go.When these fumers arrived, I couldn’t get over how tiny they were. I was also a bit alarmed that we had to set light to them. However, I put them onto tiles inside the loft at 4pm, keeping them away from anything flammable and lit the fuses. We set 6 of them off as we have an L-shaped bungalow with a large roof space.Oh my! These work alright.Some of the flies died quickly in the loft but the rest flew out as fast as they could. The majority of them died that night and by the following day, there were hardly any left. 3 days later, they were all gone.I have never in my life seen anything like it, there were thousands of them. The ones that landed outside on a balcony had to be cleared with a spade, so I am very glad that we used these.Yes, I would definitely recommend these for cluster flies. Yes, should we need them again, I will not hesitate to buy these.

these are indispensable for getting rid of cluster flies in the attic. They have an almost instant effect.

Worked for me. Not sure if it was a big cluster but there were certainly a few flies flying around. Anyway I used 2 sprays, one at each end of our loft. All seems fine after a few wks.
