Lowepro Small/Medium S&F Technical Vest

Although a keen amateur photographer, actually purchased as my go-to Drone vest. An ID holder for my flyer ID and plenty of places to attach controller or leads etc. Big pocket for large mobile phone also. To complete this vest you really need the tactical belt that goes with it, shame it doesn’t come as a package but price would then be greater. My only negative is there was no instructions with the vest, maybe detailing uses for each part of vest? Other than that really pleased.

Took the plunge with this based upon the other reviews (Thanks all). I'd been here and there with the purchase because, when you factor in the belt and pouches required to make it useful, it starts to get expensive quickly. But I'm glad I did because it's a quality item. It has a very well padded (albeit slim) collar. Hidden zip pocket just under the Lowepro badge on your left breast. The shoulder clasps fit the width of my Peak Design Slide strap with ease. There's two buckle straps on the rear to adjust sizing for your chest/stomach. It fit me perfectly out of the box though (I've got a 37" chest). Lowepro's quote of 'up to 40" chest' does seem accurate to me. The clips that hang down do not have any spring load in them to keep them closed; they get any resistance from whatever part of the belt you connect them to.Be aware I spoke to Lowepro prior to purchasing and they informed me that this (and the belts) are now discontinued. So the stock sellers have is it, there's no more coming. Might want to bare that in mind if you're considering a purchase.Yes, the system overall is expensive for the storage capacity you can achieve. But factor that against security and speed when on a shoot. Of course, any pouches you purchase for use with this can also be used as a standalone. No regrets here, very happy.Packaging and delivery was also first rate.

I purchased this vest, along with the deluxe belt and 4 sliplock bags to use it for paranormal investigations i host and go to every week. It fits the bill perfect. Very comfortable and hard wearing and im able to get all the gear i need and use in the bags around my waist with space for more to hang on the vest if needed. Its a exceptional bit of kit and will be a god send as all my gear is now at hands reach and well protected too. The team i work with love it and i cant rate it high enough. Thankyou Lowepro for this amazing vest/belt/bag combo. Im delighted. Cost me a couple of hundred pounds in total but worth every penny to me as the gear i use is exceptionally expensive and needs good quality bags to store it all in to keep it safe. I can fit my camcorder, thermal cam, emf meters, rempods, evp recorders, sls camera, dslr, and loads more on it and its all there at my finger tips. Has D rings for hanging maglite torch, and takes just seconds to put on and seconds to take off. Honestly im happy as can be. Best purchase ive made in 2016!

I am a fan of the Lowepro S & F system as it allows me to carry a huge amount of my kit with me and still leave room for a backpack for food and drink when hiking. This product is up to their usual high standard of manufacture.

Combined with the Lowepro S&F Deluxe Technical Belt comfortable to wear all day, looks good and plenty scope to add additional storage pouches\bags - definitely worth the money.

Fantastic piece of kit. Comfy fit and keeps a lot of kit close to hand if you use the optional attachments.
