Came damaged. Disappointed. Replacement offered.
Love the minimalist design, but the plastic soap container came cracked, and soap dripped all over the place. So disappointed, should not happen for a $150 dispenser. Update: Reached out to seller about damage, and they quickly responded and backed up their product with a replacement. Will be shopping with them again.

I received this product without plastic in container.....
I don't like that this product doesn't have information for the in-plastic container for replace or buy. I really disagree.

Functions well but fragil
I purchased this to replace one I had already. The part that pushes up and dispenses the soap in very fragile plastic and broke.

Not foaming.
I got 5 of these dispensers installed in my building. Loaded them with foaming hand sanitizer. 2 of 5 just squirts out liquid, not foam. Did not found any troubleshooting instructions.
