I was skeptical because of the reviews, but it works perfectly. I’m not a fan of the vibrations but it heats up nicely. I’m a Massage Therapist and my clients enjoy it. None has used the massage feature, but it still works properly.

I'll start at the end - I returned it because when I tried to recharge it, the charging port broke. A little metal piece set into the plastic of the control unit. It's loose and wiggly and the charger no longer connects.But I did get to use it a little bit before that and it was ... not good. It's uncomfortable, as you can feel some of the internals parts like the battery and the control unit while you have it on. It doesn't get as hot as advertised, even on the highest setting (supposed to be around 130F) it only got to about 90F according to my thermometer. The "massage" feature is just weird, a constantly changing vibration pattern that's more jarring than soothing. Multiple settings that were supposedly different from each other, but not that I could tell.I really wanted something this to work so I was going to to try to get used to it - but the broken charger connection settled the matter for me.

I’ve been having trouble sleeping and wanted to find an affordable option for a black out sleep mask! This is comfy and is such a good option for people who have lash extensions! It protects them while giving you a good nights sleep. 10/10 recommend for my lash girlies

I loved using it! It is a must for my me time 😀 the charge lasts very long. The vibration and the heating work great. You can set up the level.

This is an amazing thing if you have dry eyes issue. Also if you had to work all day on computer this is good relief for your eye. The vibration relaxes all your eye muscles and the temperature can be set on different temperatures. It has a small battery but that can take you through the day. Excellent product!!
