This product claims to have 5 levels heat intensity. This first 4 is about the same and too hot. The last level is almost like in the off position. Battery life is short. Needs to be recharged after 1/2 hour.

This charged fine, worked as it should. I have a smaller face, so the eye dr says every time I get glasses. This just didnt fit right and put to much pressure on my nose. Couldnt adjust to stop it. Good product just not for smaller faces. Nose section needs to be seperated more.

This is a good product to help get those eye oils moving. It charges well enough to use about 3 times on low. Those sensitive to heat might feel like it's too warm but hang in there. You'll get used to it. Just pull up on the mask to release some of the warmth.

When it worked it was great! After charging once it will no longer charge at all. Too bad. I loved it when it did work.

This eye mask worked as advertised for 1 week. After that, it would hold the charge for just 1 use. Now it is not heating at all and it's too late to return it. There are several electric eye masks out there. Choose another.

I have severely dry eyes and drops just haven't helped. They hurt every day and insurance wouldn't cover the medication my optometrist tells me would help. I was looking for relieve products on Amazon and found this mask. Here's what I see as this product's pros and cons:PROS:-The heat is adjustable-The strap is adjustable for a good fit.-It's less expensive than similar products.-I have noticed a difference and have much less eye pain.CONS:- The mask heats unevenly and has one spot that's much hotter than the rest of the mask, so I have to put a tissue there to avoid being burned.- There is a hard something that sits right across the bridge of the nose that leaves a mark.- The charge doesn't last very long, so I leave it on the charger when not in use- not super convenient.

Dark, fits well, has adjustable elastid strap, and good at blocking all light. Easy to recharge. Wish it stayed warm longer.
