Unfortunately my atomizer broke upon being delivered but thankfully the plastic wrap kept it from getting everywhere.BUT the positives are, the smell is quite amazing and I see why this is one of the best sellers for YSL, it has a really nice white floral scent, but I don't personally smell any citrus notes, granted I'm using this as a permenant room freshener since I can't use it as a cologne due to it not spraying. Regardless I've rubbed some on and think personally it makes for an amazing base but paired with my Paco Rabanne 1 million Lucky, which has a really nice and refreshing smell as well but has a unique plum note that pairs extremely well with it.I would definitely suggest trying the YSL Y out though for men as this in my opinion leans more towards feminine unisex but if you have something to pair with it, it's an absolute deal for a solid 4-5 projection base.Roommates and coworkers agreed that it did smell on the more feminine side but I typically wear Ralph Lauren Red Extreme, Spicebomb Extreme, Azzaros the most wanted and other colognes with more spices and sharper smells so perhaps because of my typical selection this one just comes off not quite as masculine, if this is a deal breaker for you though I'd heavily suggest checking out their other variations and see if something else might suite you more.I personally think I will pick up YSL Y or YSL Y parfum intense over this if I do decide to get another bottle to replace this broken one though as it's just a bit too florally for me.

Great basic everyday crowd pleaser. You definitely won't stand out, but you might get the occasional compliment. It's a very nice balanced fragrance, good for all seasons, and pretty much any occasion. My girlfriend really likes this one, I got the sample for it and when I first wore it she bought me a bottle b/c she liked it. Try to find it on discount, it's maybe a little bit too pricey for what it is.
