It was what I expected. Good for hard to cure wounds. It was recommended to me by a wound care specialist.

Great for healing wounds! The silver kills all the bacteria trying to grow. A must have when you have a wound.

I had the opportunity to use this silver dressing pad on pretty nasty scrape of the leg. The silver appears to have kept the wound free enough of bacteria to avoid infection. The dressing is also very absorbent, so it may be good for use with more serious injuries, which also benefit from the anti-microbial benefits of silver. Bandage removal was easy a free of any issues. I believe silver is a very good option to use as an antiseptic and certainly hope to see more products of this nature surface. Until than, the OPTITEKNIK silver wound pads will serve nicely.

I do home dialysis. This tape is gentle on you skin, holds dressing firmly in place, and releases from your skin when removing without hurting or leaving residue on your skin. We tried several other types, but this is the very best!

Left a few felt like fibers in the wound.

This item worked extremely well, better than what was supplied to us from Hospice.
