Straight to the point, 100% works. Applied it, little oily but no complaints easy to clean after. Apply a semi thick coat and around 10-15 minutes I felt a “tingling?” Didn’t feel bad but just different and after that I was numb. At the 20-30 minute mark I was numb numb. 1 hour mark still numb. 10/10 and 5/5 stars. It works.

Applied cream onto area and covered it with plastic wrap for an hour. Wiped off cream and cleaned the area with an alcohol wipe. The area felt completely numb when I went in with my 0.25mm micro needle roller. I can really feel the difference where I didn’t apply the cream vs where it sat for an hour. Definitely needs to sit for at least an hour, I’ve left it on for 30 min before and it didn’t do much to numb my skin.

First off, it's a greasy ointment. I prefer a cream. It worked ok it just wasn't like one that I got before. To its good side, it doesn't have an odor. I may give it another try.Karen--Florida

Seems to work well. I haven’t ever had a tattoo, or done microneedling, so I don’t have a basis for comparison, but I used it when I microneedled an old scar on my shin bone. (OUCH!) It really helped. It was far too painful without the numbing cream and I have an abnormally high pain tolerance.
