If you are buying this thinking it's just a new packaging for the old Wellcore product(which was fasting salts) then you will be highly disappointed. This product has a medicinal smell, weird taste and completely different composition from the old product. There is no option to return this product so be careful and read the ingredients before buying.

Found it effective. Haven't experienced cramps after heavy perspiration so it must be working. Quite sweet, so they must have added a lot of sweetener. Otherwise I found it to be the best product currently available

This genuinely is a good product, however this flavor was slightly dissapointing. The salts take some time to dissolve.
