I don't usually leave reviews but, this product is inexpensive and delivers great results. I typically take 2 before my workout, and one post workout. You can (and should) take them every day anyways, regardless if you workout or not. Recover faster, more endurance at the gym, no bloating, improves general brain function, all around the best creatine product out there. Thanks Steel.
