I bought the cool fire Z 60 off Amazon in September and today the 2nd of December. It stopped working when I plug it into the mains. It shows the battery is fully charged but the battery will not work and the display on the front of the battery is blank Can somebody help me with this?

do not buy, the usb c port is poorly designed .seems to be soldered 90degress away from the main board, and the anchor points/ support isn't there. so simply inserting the usb c cable enough times, will cause the solder joints to fails eventually.I got 75days. and judging from other reviews people have had even less.on a side note, I think this vape might actually be quite dangerous, as when I used a thicker gauge usb c cable to charge. the heat of the battery was too hot to touch the device.so I think the resistance on the cable is the only thing what's stopping the battery reaching unsafe temperature.going to reach out to Amazon for support.

Quality mod, battery good enough lasts all day for non heavy vapers

From Vape Superstore. Purchased a Coolfire Z60 in early December 2023. After a few charges, the recharge connector [shown in the 2nd image] housed within the unit [that the recharge cable (shown in the 1st image) is plugged into] is defective and has dislodged/disconnected from its anchor. This Coolfire Z60 was purchased around 1st December 2023 and is less than a month old! Now the unit can no longer be charged and used. I've had loads of vape units and never had this problem with a new unit. My previous two Coolfire products performed without issue for many months. This Coolfire Z60 is a spectacular UTTER FAIL. I definitely don't recommend spending your hard-earned cash purchasing this Coolfire Z60 product, and rate it 0 out of 5. What a hassle! I'll try and get a direct replacement unit and then update this review. Furious as this was my Christmas present!

2 months old and charger port has pulled out, shame really as I liked it

After 5 years my coolfire 4 finally stopped charging so I got one of these as a replacement.Have been using it a week and so far it's great, nice big display and easily lasts a day.

Had this product for one month and stopped working. Can't get in contact with seller
