Very strong material. Not so sticky on the bottom and edges has a tendency to come up. Will be perfect if taped to floor.

Exceptional product! As a contractor, we get compliments from our clients every time we roll this stuff out on the jobsite. We use it to cling onto floors, bathtubs, furniture etc. before beginning any work; this product makes a clear statement that you care about protecting your client’s floor from unexpected happenings (skids, scrapes, dropped hand tools, dripped glue, dirty/wet boots, etc.). 100% reusable, reliably clings to horizontal & vertical surfaces alike, and I’d recommend it to any contractor who wants to step up their site prep efforts.

Works great and contours on the stairs perfectly. We had a large remodel in our upstairs restroom and this flooring protector held up for the 3-4 weeks it was under construction and numerous contractors coming up and down the stairs all day.

This came in really handy for some painting and construction projects. Laid this out for about a week and it helped keep paint and drywall mud from sticking to the floor. It was easy to sweep up dust at the end of the day and made overall clean up easier.

Reusable, durable, sticks to floor well with only minimal sticky residue that is easy cleaned up with a mop.

This stuff works really well. I put this down to protect a refinish on a floor while we were moving all the furniture back in. It stuck to the floor and pulled up easy with no residue left behind. I'm thinking about using this for protection on cabinet boxes during transit.

Complete waste of money, garbage product, would not adhere to any surface, stairs were a dangerous slip and fall situation, do NOT use this product unless you want to get sued, use Carpetguard and Builderboard

Fantastic product. I bought this for a home renovation project, putting it down to protect my floors from lots of activity for drywall, mudding, plastering, and painting. Wow, theyve held up really well and protected my floors beautifully. The material prevents it from slipping against the floor, so it's also safer for the crew walking on it. This was very easy to install. I recommend that you tape all seams, and I just used wide painting tape which will peel; off after this is done. I personally don't have the comparison experience, but the contractor said that this is much easier to install, deinstall and store than rigid board material. I plan to be able to roll it up and store it, making it possible to use it again in the future.

I'm using it on my hardwood floor during extensive renovation in my house. Very sturdy, easy to clean and protective. Easy to apply, stays put, but easy to remove.

I was looking for a product that could protect finished wooden stairs, without the hazard of slipping while walking on it. I am very satisfied with the way it adheres to the stairs as well as the flooring. One word of caution, the product label advises not to leave it on finished surfaces for more than 41 days. I am not sure how long the renovation will take, so I hope it doesn't cause any problems if it stays down longer than the recommended time.

Worked beautifully. Used for a winter move in Montreal -- lots of slush. Floors had just been redone. This product was a lifesaver.
