Small Double Mattress 16 cm High-Memory Foam Mattresses with Cleanable Cover 5 Zone Matress with size of 4ft (120 x 190 cm)

I bought this mattress almost year ago. And as LONG TERM user I can say - this is just rubbish. At 8.5 stones this "mattress" is unusable after 11 months. The foam is worn out and my back hurts. DO NOT BUY IT [edit] Just added a photo of mattress cutted in half, this is not "unaccurate" description, this is false advertising. I want my money back.

We purchased this 4ft mattress for the small double in the spare bedroom at our parents house and then ended up having to sleep on it myself for 2 weeks ! I have an issue with my back and to my surprise I found this mattress to be very comfortable and for the money that was paid, this is a bargain and although I say so myself, a hidden gem.The mattress will arrive in a rolled up, compressed format. Remove the mattress from it's tight polythene tube and let it unroll on the bed base, leave it to settle for up to 24 hours so that the mattress can regain it's full shape and depth. Forget the pillows that come free with the mattress as they are thin and next to useless but the mattress itself more than makes up for that.

I am very happy with this mattress. I find it very comfortable and I can't feel the bed base like some people have commented on and I'm no lightweight. I also received two pillows which other people have not received, however they are smaller than the average pillow but comfortable. Some people said it was smelly. I didn't find this, in fact quite the opposite, it smelt quite nice. It didn't take long after opening to expand either. I would recommend the product. Delivery was problematic though. I was given three delivery dates and when I got a notice from Amazon to say it had probably been delivered I contacted the seller (Monkey Beds). They hadn't even dispatched it. I was given another date for delivery and it was delivered two days after that. In all about two weeks. I'm not sure how long I would've waited had I not contacted them.

It expanded so much it doesn’t fit my bed. So in the mattresses defence, I’m sure if I were to build a bed that was an odd size, it would be more comfortable. As it stands, I’ve used this mattress a bit and my back always hurts, because it’s like sleeping in a banana.Don’t get me wrong, it’s a memory foam mattress of sorts, but it smells, and it feels like you’re laying on the bed frame, on top of a blue crash mat you used to use at school for no reason.Luckily for the mattress, I had time to unravel it and leave it to grow for a week before use, because my bed frame turned up in separate packages 2 weeks apart. So that’s something to grasp onto until my dying breath, I suppose.Fool be me for believing an Amazon description.

Arrived covered in black ink lines and rust coloured stains. Had to contact the manufacturer to check the marks were not blood. Not overly impressed although the mattress seems ok other than being filthy.EDIT- IVE NOW SLEPT ON THIS BRICK FOR A WEEK AND MY BACK HAS NEVER FELT PAIN LIKE IT.it's completely solid. The thin slither of memory foam does nothing to help with the ridgid foam block underneath. Struggle to see how we have all brought the same mattress

highly recommended. really comfy - my husband and I have different builds and it was comfy for both of us. the smell disappeared within 24 hours and it wasn't bad enough to prevent us sleeping on it anyway! better than a temper I wasted my money on a while back! delighted.

Unfortunately the mattress has now given way and I'm left with a huge hole in the middle of the product. Was used on and off for just over a year and seller unwilling to offer any sort of warranty. Wish I'd have spent and extra few quid and bought the silent night memory foam. Very disappointed.

Just excellemy and great value for money. Felt really comfortable after using my back pain reduced a lot and also started getting good sleep. It gets into the shape as your body is in which will reduce the pressure on your back. Thanks Visco for a such a great mattress.
