I have had this mattress for about 6 months. When I first got it, it was too firm and I feared that I made a mistake but now it is fine. I wondered about getting one with a gel and/or memory form topping but then decided on a natural topping because of reports of the other coverings make the bed hot to sleep. The natural topping is quite rough to sleep on even with a mattress cover.

Absolutely digusted with mattress and seller. 6 weeks after buying there is a big dip where you lie contacted happy beds who wanted images which were sent oh they couldn't see enough could I send moreI am disabled sleeping on a mattress that is less than 5 months old which is making my pain worse because of dip. Please do NOT buy from this company.

Very comfortable and supportive of my back ,firm but not hard . Have had a good few weeks quality sleep since buying this mattress. Good level of quality materials,needs extra deep sized fitted sheets due to the depth.

It is a nice mattress and very well made, however it was advertised as a medium tension and I would say it is definitely firm and not as comfortable as I had hoped....
