Taste testing
Before I bought this product I took note of the reviews stating that it tastes awful. I wasn't put off by this as I have a strong stomach(mostly)So after buying it arrived in a well sealed container and a box way too big for the product as per Normal with Amazon.Smells like green veg. Basically. It's a dark green, nothing fancy and smells like you would imagine.First off I mixed it in with my protein shake. It gave my shake a weird aftertaste but not too bad.Next off I tried it with almond milk and raspberries. It was VILE! I was heaving. It was thick and disgusting.So one last attempt...I had it with just plain water. But I only had a half glass water with half a scoop. It was absolutely fine. No chocolate milkshake but tasted fine enough to down in one without gagging or struggling.So now I have found which way is best for me...I can start incorporating this into my diet more often with hopeful improvements in my energy levels!If you buy this...I highly recommend just mixing with water. It stays thin and you can down it faster cause it isn't a gorgeous smoothie :)I will be updating in the future about any differences in energy or body changes etc

I was really happy when my order came, i couldn't wait to try it." What a big mistake", mistake number 1 the smell alone was off putting. I persevered and dipped my finger in to taste it mistake number 2. As a person who doesn't give up easily i decided to try it, with my two scoops of diet whey protein shake and using 350ml of water and not 250ml that they recommend mistake number 3. This then turned the shake an awful green colour. After two big mouthfuls i was struggling to stop myself from vomiting so i had to spit it out and throw the rest of my shake away :(. I grabbed the jar and emptied the content in the bin :-) not so good £24 wasted :'(I really wouldn't recommend this product to any one, but if you have NO SENSE OF SMELL or TASTE BUDS then this product would be perfect for you

great but cheaper alternatives available
i bought this but my main comments on this are - it is slightly higher in carbs than alternative products, and more expensive! also it has a day glo green colour which makes me suspect the use of food colourings..... it mixes and tastes much the same as many of these types of product... i bought the unflavoured.....they are all an acquired taste....

Hard work!
I am sure the actual content is great, but I can't hack the taste, despite it supposedly being unflavoured! I've tried with various juices, but it repeatedly makes me gag!

Amazing Grass Green SuperFood provides 60-Servings pretty much same ingredients and easier on the pallet and digestion. I couldn't take PHD Greens everyday doesn't mix well either
