I love this fan. It looks super classy for the price. These quality is great and it’s quiet. It includes a variety of pole sizes for hanging options. I love this fan so much that I ordered another one. I have one in the livingroom and one on our porch.

Nice looking with solid wood blades. The remote is easy to read with multiple functions. I would recommend this product.

Pros- moves air well- looks great- works well with low ceilings- works with smart devices- they actually support their productCons- pairing instructions are incorrect for the remote- remote can be awkward— Installation —We removed and installed the fan fairly quickly. The steps includes pictures and are easy to follow. The only difficulty with installation was in attaching the fan to the mount. The receiver can block the fan from going flush and may need to be jostled around.— Fan and Light Quality —We like the ability to choose color temperatures, though the blue is a bit too much. The fan is silent at low speeds and probably around 1-2 sones at the highest. It moves air around nicely, if a bit dispersed. The fan is very stable and does not rock around at all.— Remote —The remote is a bit awkward. Holding the dim button down takes a while and the receiver intermittently fails to respond to commands. It’s also a single point of failure if you do not have it set up as a smart device.— Smart device and pairing —The worst part was struggling with pairing. The instructions and referenced video on the box (QR code) and on this page didn’t work. There are instructions on the back of the remote that cause a reaction but weren’t right. I ended up contacting support; they responded before the end of the day and sent several possible instructions. The one that worked was simply turning it on and holding power (instead of the fan button) until it started blinking 😣. It seemed like fan needed to be powered off for a bit first as well. So if you have trouble pairing reach out and they’ll help! They even offered to replace the remote/receiver if the steps didn’t work. 👍🏼Once paired it was simple to link to Google Home and use. The fan and light are separate in Google Home, but a single device in Smart Life. I think this makes it easier to command by voice. The smart options are similar to the remote but easier to use.I debated on giving this a 4 or 5 based on what I wrote and chose to go with 5 because the product provides a lot for the price and the manufacturer actually supports their product and remedied the problem.

Installed in our living room. Installation went well. I ran a new circuit and placed where we had no ceiling fixture previously so it was not a standard swap out. Bright light and we are able to dim it which is nice for evening movies. The fan is silent and honestly has been running absolutely silent since I installed it.As I installed without a switch on hopes of using Alexa to control it again my install may not be the typical. Pairing was a bit of a headache but once completed is flawless. Use our Alexa app and voice to control it. Mounted the remote on the wall in the holder it comes with but honestly only used it to test it works.Definitely recommend and will likely be buying at least three more for the bedrooms. Honestly if not for the air it circulates you wouldn’t know it was running on high speed!

The fan is installed in a very large bedroom and moves the air beautifully. I emailed customer support after we lost the remote and their reply was almost immediate. Then they offered to send us a new one without charge. I will buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

Loved the appearance of the fan when I ordered. Ordered 2 fans for our new enclosed sun room with a sloped ceiling.The electrician arrived today to install, and found that when the remote control unit is installed in the casing it doesn't allow the unit to be installed with a slope ceiling. Bought for a construction project at our home early this spring, by the time the contractors started the project the return window is now closed. So I now have 2 fans I can't use and paying double for an electrician.
