The product was delivered promptly after ordering. Support for 12v devices is very poor. The operating instructions as supplied were incorrect. The seller's support staff are excellent. To power on, press and hold the power button until the blue led next to it lights up. The led does not flash, it stays on steady. Otherwise it works very well, with the supplied cables and connectors, and I would buy another one.

The media could not be loaded.  Kindly sent to me for review the Snooper power bank has a very interesting design that departs from the usual battery slap with a flexible design that allows it to bend and flex. The orange colour won't be for everyone, but it certainly makes it easy to spot when routing around in a bag.This is useful if putting it in a bag, you can bend and flex it to fit around the contents rather than fitting the contents around a rectangular battery. The downside to this is that it's not as easy to pocket as a rectangular battery.Although it looks waterproof it isn't, and while it'll likely stand up to generally poor weather it shouldn't be left exposed to heavy rain.Charging wise it does a great job of holding enough power to easily keep my mobile charged. I don't tend to leave my phone to go flat so couldn't say how many full charges it would do, but based on doing half charges and top ups it seems like 5 - 7 charges sounds about right depending on the size of the battery being charged. With this holding so much power you'll need to leave it for a considerable amount of time to fully charge, so make sure to top it up before heading off.It's a good little powerbank that would benefit from proper waterproofing and the ability to be charged faster.
