Personally I love this!
The normal puffed rice is ok but can leave a bit of a taste after you finish. Personal choice required of course. With the puffed brown rice, I found the taste to be much more mellow and made it a moorish breakfast. Also being gluten free i found i had more energy.

Expensive for a small box
As much as I like Rude Health as a brand I found this product expensive for a small box. The puffed rice was fine very band but feel the product could have been crisper
