Restaurant-Quality Pizza at Home – Love My Piezano!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the Piezano Pizza Maker deserves all five stars and more! This machine has completely upgraded our homemade pizza nights, and it’s easily become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. Why I love it:• Crispy, Evenly Cooked Crust: It gets hot FAST and cooks pizzas to perfection in just minutes. The crust comes out golden and crispy every time, just like a wood-fired oven.• Easy to Use: Setup was a breeze, and it’s very user-friendly—even if you’re not a pro in the kitchen. Just preheat, slide in your pizza, and boom—deliciousness!• Compact & Sleek Design: Doesn’t take up a ton of counter space and actually looks pretty stylish. Easy to store when not in use.• Versatile: I’ve used it for classic pepperoni pizzas, veggie flatbreads, even reheating leftovers—and everything turns out amazing.• Easy to Clean: The non-stick surface and removable tray make cleanup quick and painless. This was a total game-changer for our family. If you love pizza (and who doesn’t?), the Piezano is 100% worth it. It brings the fun of pizza night to a whole new level—highly recommend!

Doesn’t Quite Reach 800 F - But Close Enough for Impressive Results!
I bought the Breville Crispy Crust pizza oven and was mostly satisfied with it, but over time wished it achieved higher cooking temperatures and wasn’t limited to very thin crust pizzas. The Piezano is a similar style, although the build quality is lower (it’s about 6 pounds lighter due to the lower quality materials). But the Piezano is feature rich, with duel controls for the top and bottom heating elements, a large viewing window, and a built in temperature gauge. I was most interested in the claim that it reaches temperatures of 800 F. After 10 minutes the oven reaches about 700 F, but then the heating elements shut off. If you let it heat up for 15-20+ minutes the elements cycle on and off and the temperatures will fluctuate between 700-750 F. I’ve confirmed the temperatures with an infrared thermometer and the temperature gauge on the Piezano seems to be reasonably accurate. The fact that it doesn’t consistently reach and maintain the highest temperatures is a little disappointing, but it produces some pretty amazing pies in 4-7 min. Another plus is that the Piezano has greater clearance between the top heating element and the stone (about 1.75 in) compared to the Breville oven, and has a much larger viewing window. It isn’t suitable for deep dish pizza, but is more than adequate for thin to medium crusts. The ceramic stone isn’t one of the better features, as it’s fixed in a metal housing, so residue accumulates in the seam. I also don’t see anywhere on the Granitestone website where you can purchase a replacement stone, so what do you do if it cracks over time? The most surprising thing for me was the dual wooden peels used to transfer pies onto the stone. The most nerve wracking thing I’ve always struggled with is sliding pizzas off of a peel without having the dough stick or transferring too much flour or corn meal used to keep the pizza from sticking. With the dual peels the pizza can be set down with precise placement, and all but eliminates residual flour or corn meal from being transferred to the stone. After years of making pizza I don’t know why I haven’t picked up on this technique until now. So, aside from the inferior build quality, I much prefer this oven over the Breville Crispy Crust for the dual temperature controls, included temperature gauge, higher cooking temperatures, larger window, and increased clearance between the top heating element and ceramic stone. Overall, given the rich features, impressive performance, and low price point, I highly recommend this oven.

Best small pizza / pie Oven !!
I am typically skeptical when I buy ovens and appliances without seeing it in the store.I made the purchase and after months of having it, I wanted to write a review about the oven.I am not the typical pizza loving person, but I purchased the oven to make “thyme/ oregano pies “which we and our kids love! When I read the product brochure, I thought this will be very dangerous and difficult oven to operate... Fortunately, my fears eased quickly after I read the brochure, as I felt they wanted to be extra careful to avoid injuries/ burns etc…I used it once or twice to make pizza, which turned out great, but mostly used it to make oregano and cheese pies which also turned out a lot better than what I expected!!What I liked about the oven, it is easy to operate if you attend to the safety precautions, and most importantly handling the lids with caution and not to forget about that as you get busy baking your pizza/ piesIt worked well, and the ability to achieve close to 600 to 700 F with such a small size oven is a great plus for me. given the number of pies, I need to make at once, it is difficult to keep the temps in the 700 F range.Within less than 5 minutes, the pies were ready and as shown in the photos, they look as if they have been purchased from the bakery as I was told by some family members and friends who saw the photos. It is quick to get you the desired temperature of baking for the pies, and you have to keep checking it, just to make sure it doesn’t get burnt if left more than the needed time.It is also easy to clean, and I usually scrape it with gentle food scraper, and I don’t wash it as this might ruin the stone. It is quite useful and did the job I need it for.The only downside which I don’t really consider it a downside in my case is the small size, and it fits only one pie at a time.I am not buying pizza or oregano pies any more. I can make as good pizza and pies, and I have this super oven helping me to make it!!So far, I am quite satisfied with the purchase, and I would recommend for anyone who wants to make their home-made pizza quick and comparable to what is it bought from your best local pizza restaurant.UpdateI shared some of the thyme pies I baked using this pizza oven, with an owner of bakery/grocery store which bakes similar kind of pies, he told me that whoever tasted these homemade thyme pies including himself was very impressed with the quality, taste and baking of these pies, he asked if he could have more !! :)
