Love it
Altruist sunscreen is an absolute game-changer! I’ve been using it for almost an year now, and I’m seriously impressed. First of all, it feels so lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue or white cast, which is a huge plus for me. It also has a high SPF 50+, so I feel confident it's protecting my skin throughout the day. I love that it’s formulated with sensitive skin in mind, and it’s fragrance-free, which works perfectly for me since I tend to react to strong scents. Plus, knowing that it’s affordable without compromising on quality makes it even better. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for effective, budget-friendly sunscreen!

Good cream
Good price. Good coverage. Goes on well. Doesn’t smell. Not sticky. Don’t feel the need to get in the shower at the end of the day in the sun to wash the stickiness of suncream off. Handy tubes. No complaints here.

Very good cheap sun protection at a massive reflection cost (shine)
This review is only about the SPF50. The SPF30 has some more / different cons.Use: I've used about 4 tubes already, applied everyday with recommended amounts (most people apply much less which reduces the SPF and UVA protection) about 6 times a day. Each tube lasts 1-1.5 weeks when applying to face (including ears, eye area and full neck) and both arms from shoulders to hands. Application on hands was more frequent, due to washing.Application (face): The SPF has medium thickness that easily spreads on the skin. It does not dry matte (I have combination-oily skin) which is excellent for those, like me, who suffer from dehydrated skin. The finish is, however, quite shiny. It does not go away with time and increases substantially with subsequent applications, to the point where my face ends up looking like it's washed in oil and grease. Because of this, it heavily increases (and worsens) the appearance of any imperfections, particularly lines and scars. Also - keep it away from the eyeballs, otherwise it will sting your eyes (not as bad as the SPF30 - that one is torture). Whenever I got stinging, the effects seemed to worsen in bright lighted environments. Don't know if this is just me or one of the ingredients that stings the eyes reacts painfully in bright light scenarios.Application (body): Fantastic for the arms, leaves a slight glow / shine that looks healthy, but does get very slightly sticky with subsequent applications, without staining clothes.Overall:Pros:- Very good UVA protection- Very cheap- 100ml size is not bad if you want to carry it in your pocket- With each purchase a part of the money is given to charityCons:- Very shiny, makes lines and scars appear way worse. -> Very disappointed about the finish on the face. I think the problem is the 3% glycerin and they should try a test by changing (or mixing it) with dimethicone and a bit of petrolatum for reducing TEWL (trans-epidermal water loss).- Stings the eyes -> applying under/over eyes is ok, just make sure you don't get it in by mistake- Slight infrequent pilling around the eye area (does not happen everyday and the sort of pilling that I can work around with)Verdict:- Will continue using on the body since it offers SPF50 for UVB and excellent UVA protection at a cheap price with moisturising features. For the face, I started alternating it with Biore Sunscreen UV Kids Milk SPF50 to reduce the shine. What to improve (if the creator sees this):- Reduce the shine without making the sunscreen drying. See the Biore sunscreen mentioned above or the Cerave Moisturising Cream for examples of nice finishes.- Try and reduce the stinging.- Add ceramides for barrier repair= Add iron oxides for protection from visible (blue) light

Great suncream developed by a leading dermatology consultant sinks in easily and protects really well. Suitable for sensitive skin.

Excellent price and product.
This is just the right consistency!!! Goes on easily and is well absorbed. Have been wedded to LA Roche Posay, but no longer. This is a good product at a good price and will definitely order again.

Excellent product a lot cheaper than other similar
I swapped to this product from Rosalique as it was half the price. It's really light, leaves your skin feeling soft and covers redness really well. I'm glad I tried it and will be sticking with it from now on.

Avoid if pale, it’s extremely dark orange.
I have sensitive, pale, mature dry skin and I heard great things about this brands spf and thought I’d give it a go. When I came to the Amazon page, I discovered there was an anti redness & pigmentation option in the green packaging and thought it would be perfect for me.I did read the reviews and noted some complained of it being very orange with photos, however some reviews with photos showed it as a normal white colour. I decided to try it, thinking perhaps it was a reaction with certain skincare products making it go orange. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition, no damage to the box or product and tested it immediately on the back of my hand. Please see photos. As you can see against my white Scottish skin, it’s incredibly dark orange. Although I had no other products on my hands, so my belief that it was a reaction to other products wasn’t correct.I still tried it on my face, however I mixed it 50/50 with my old spf, hoping it would reduce the effect. However, my face looked ridiculous being bright orange.A makeup tip for if you suffer with redness in your skin is to apply a bronzer on the red areas before applying foundation or a skin tint. This helps neutralise the redness.I hoped this orange spf would perhaps do the same, but alas it didn’t help, it’s simply too strong of an orange.I have contacted Amazon as the item isn’t eligible for return and they did refund me with no issues or fuss. Thank you.I found the SPF sat nicely on the skin, hydrating and moisturising with a dewy finish. Nor did it accentuate any dry areas. It didn’t upset my skin, no stinging or discomfort. There was a very slight, but minor discomfort for an hour of my eyes, nothing as bad as other SPFs I’ve tried. It claims to help redness and as you can see on my hands, I do suffer from psoriasis and my skin gets very red and angry. This SPF only reduced the redness by approximately 5%.I’m still confused to why the reviews are varied, with some like me receiving a product that turns orange and some where it remains white. My only conclusion is that either it’s a faulty batch or the product has gone off somehow. If the colour hadn’t been orange, I believe I would very much like this SPF and I am going to order the normal face version.Unfortunately, I can only rate it one star; despite having some good parts to this SPF: hydrating, non irritating, great ingredients etc, it essentially unusable due to the colour. All I can advise is to purchase the normal SPF and avoid this anti redness option.

Perfect platform for hard-to-find items. Delivery was prompt.
Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure, reapply after swimming and as needed to maintain protection.
