I love that I know exactly how much Creatine I am getting because this product is in capsule form. I would struggle with this when taking creatine in powder form.This product also contains two synergistic ingredients, Himalayan Pink Salt and Fenugreek Extract to aid in maximum creatine absorption.

I was more motivated to work out while I was using it and it seemed to help elevate my mood and I could lift heavier and do more reps. It had another side effect/benefit in adding to the “drive” department, which seemed to increase the drive to work out and push myself more when it came to exercise.It was easy to take and it didn’t smell bad to me. It actually had a sweet scent and worked fine with the energy drink I used.Overall, I’d strongly recommend it for anyone looking to increase their gains.

Started using this to supplement my very hard work schedule and demands of heavy lifting and shoveling daily. I have noticed more stamina and faster recovery. This product worked very shortly after starting using…a couple days maybe.

I usually use creatine and Himalayan pink salt in my pre workout as it is, to help flood the cells with nutrients and water, so to have it already premixed in pill form is awesome! The added benefit of Fenugreek is a major plus, as well! Have definitely noticed retained hydration during my workouts while using this product. Highly recommend!

I've been looking for a creatine product that sits better on the stomach than the old bulk creatine monohydrate powders. This one is in fact gentler on the guts at the recommended dosage.I kind of prefer drinking it all down in my shake so I appreciate being able to easily open the capsules and dump the contents in my shaker bottle.The main downside being that the price per ounce compared to a bulk container of the raw powder if a fair bit higher.

I like the combination of creatine and fenugreek, which is supposed to improve creatine absorption. Happy to see it's 3rd party tested too.
