I reach for Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies whenever I’m craving something soft, sweet, and nostalgic. They have that chewy, melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture that reminds me of fresh‑baked cookies, and the chocolate chips give them just enough richness. They’re definitely on the sweeter side, and the flavor isn’t quite homemade, but they hit the spot when I want an easy, comforting treat without turning on the oven.

The cookies are great but just be forewarned that they have a habit of sending Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead of Soft Batch Chocolate Chip and they aren't nearly as good as these regular Soft Batch. I order these cookies all the time but recently I've had 3 times where they sent the wrong kind and if you order 10 packs they won't allow you to order anymore for a period of time. They tell you that you've reached your limit. This just happened to me and I got refunded but now wanted the right ones but since they sent the Chip Deluxe Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead I've reached my limit and have to wait to try to order them again. It sucks

If you’ve been missing them in stores like I have, they’re definitely worth tracking down.

Customers please be aware you won't receive soft batch if you order these - The brand has replaced the soft batch cookies with an awful, greasy flat cookie. These are still listed with the old style photo that says "soft batch", which is misleading - now you received a different type of cookie with different packaging that doesn't even taste similar but it says soft baked on it - more like a greasy pile of crap that smells of chemicals and oil. The regular old soft batch cookies have a chewy, soft-but-not greasy flavor that is my favorite, and uniquely good. They phased out soft batch and are now selling these greasy flat cookies that are so inferior. I wish they would stop trying to phase out the original awesome cookie. The new version doesn't even resemble a soft batch cookie and shouldn't be sold under the same label to unsuspecting customers. This has happened with multiple stores when I buy online and order "soft batch" - you won't get it anymore. Aug 2026

Myself and old friends used to get these in the red packaging way back in middle and high school (for me the mid to late 2000s) out of vending machines. They were super popular and I'm surprised they seemingly never changed the recipe. They are still just as soft and chewy as they were back then. I have not gotten many broken cookies from this product before, they are usually 95% intact. The chocolate can melt if it's super hot where you are, but just put them in the fridge for a bit and stop whining. Good price!
