Best results when taken in two doses
Absolutely fantastic product, I always buy one when it's in stock and shipped from Amazon, and it's not always in stock.This product really helps me to push myself to my max during extended workouts (~2 hours) and helps keep me from crashing afterwards. Most supplements really just target faster recovery or heavier sets, but for me, this one's all about muscular endurance. Especially when taking a pre-workout, I tend to burn out after around 45 minutes, and will sometimes crash and be useless for the rest of the day. M5 really helps me get the most from the time I spend at the gym: it's nothing short of amazing what I can accomplish after 90 minutes at the gym.You know that feeling you get where your muscles start feeling fatigued and you drop the weight to burn yourself out before you leave? Yeah that doesn't happen when I take M5. I continue to go to failure at decent weights throughout a full 2 hour routine. I also recommend a multi at least 2 hours prior to your workout to ensure that your vitamins and minerals are saturated as you're going to drain them during a heavy routine.I've found that this product works best like this:1) Consume a lot of protein AND take a multi 2~4 hours before your workout. You want those vitamins, minerals, and BCAAs in your bloodstream >> DURING << your workout.2) Mix 1 scoop of M5 with a pre-workout and 16 oz of water (1 full shaker bottle) and drink 30 minutes before your routine. (I prefer Hyde over C4)3) Mix 1 scoop of M5 with another 16 oz of water and take DURING your workout.4) Take a supplement or eat with at least 3G of Leucine IMMEDATELY after workout.On point 4: you always hear to take protein immediately after your workout. There's actually only ONE protein to which your body responds, and that's Leucine. I take a supplement (Secret Sauce) because it makes it to your bloodstream faster, but 1 raw chicken breast DOES contain ~3G of leucine. 8 oz (1 cup) of milk also contains 0.8g, which is quick and cheap, and milk also contains traces of IGF-1 that does make it to your bloodstream as well.One last note: when I talk about endurance, I specifically mean muscular endurance - the time it takes to fatigue the muscle. I didn't notice any significant change to my cardio routine when taking M5.Try this once and you won't be disappointed.

It's great, have packed on about 10 pounds of muscle over the past 6 months. Mixes well with cold water, unlike the other reviewer said. Tastes amazing. Expensive but it works for me. I'm protein intolerant so I need this!
