Waste of money
I followed the directions exactly and literally had no change in Weight at all even tho I was careful about what I ate. Complete waste of money!

KETO EXTREME have a great addictive taste. However, I did not lose or gain ANY weight. In conclusion, I'd have to say, that the cost is EXTREMLY too much for a snack.

Don’t waste your money. This product doesn’t work as advertised.You supposedly don’t need to change anything about your diet, but this product isn’t working as advertised. I’ll give it another month but not happy with the product. I do watch what I eat and exercise but no fabulous results. No weight loss. I cancelled my subscription just wished I could return the product slso
