Arrived in great time. For a split long bar it in strong and light weight. Doing lat pulldowns and the bar does bend at the joints at all. With it being split bar it let's me use my lower pulley without taking to much space

I have had this for about a year now, I have stress tested it, it works great, I didn't think it would perform as well as it has as it is a clip together lat bar, but it proved my worries wrong and has held up to 200lbs+ of weight without any signs of failure in the product. all in all, a good product.

Hits the Lats spectacularly! Perfect for pull downs and bent over cable rows. Love it. Use it 4 times a week.
