I purchased the 125Gram powder and just reorderd but upped to the 250Gram container.For me the 125Gram lasted little over 2 months, I expect the larger container to last 3 to around 4 months.I started at a smaller dose between 300 and 500MG and worked up to almost 2.4 Grams a day. On average betweem 800MG to 1500MG daily.After 2 months I can tell you that I miss when I skip days or go over a week without taking any. You need to take breaks when using nootropics and this product you need to take breaks when using long term.I am going to be adding Alpha GPC with this and see how that impacts the effect of this product.I take Lionsmane 8:1 with this product and I have noticed improved concentration and memory recall.After 2 months of being on this product here is my experience.I begain filling 00 capsules with 300-500MG and taking two capsule daily. After around 2 weeks I began to experiment with how much I can pack into the capsules and what they weigh because I got really tired of having to weigh the dosage. I use a MG scale I bought off Amazon. Is acuratish enough for this product as it goes to .000 which .001 is one MG, though anything under 10MG with scales like this are not that accurate.With '00 capsules you can put maximum 885MG into a single capsule though for consistent capsule filling in mass quantity 12 to 24 at a time you will get around 710 to 770MG per. Depends on how much you want to keep stamping down into the capsules. I have gotten it to be consistent to around 750MG per capsule give or take.I take 2-3 capsules a day at a total of between 1.4 and 2.3Grams a day. Which for most people is too much. I pushed through the side effects until I don't feel them anymore, took a month or so to do that.For me at 800MG+ I get a increased intensity in focus, concentration.Between 1.2 and 1.5 Grams this ramps up to an intensity that is abnormal and is NEXT Level intensity of thought, focus, concentration. My thoughts become more intense in sensation, I quickly see what will work and what will be a waste of time and it irritates me to waste thought on things that aren't going to produce results.Now at 2 Grams and above this turns into a SAVAGE intensity of thought, focus. I feel a personality shift and I recognize that I have pretty much been taken over by LOGICAL left brain thinking, there is a reduced emotional response. I am more savage in decision making. After my last dosage this effect lasts for 6+ hours.I try not to look people in the eye when I take higher dosage of Alcar because my intense gaze freaks people out. It is a "side effect" of change in brain chemistry when taking this product. You become very intense and can freak people out so I suggest be alone or in isolated area if at work when taking this product at high dosage. It is not something to take for people communication, it is more for getting stuff done that requires intellectual thought, focus, concentration. If you are a public speaker don't take this product before giving speeches. You will come across as a psychopath.. LOL
