how big are the capsules

I posted a picture of the pills, check the review page. They are extremely small and easy to swallow, smaller than a macaroni. I struggle with ALL pills but these aren't even detectable by my gag reflex. No worries, give them a try!

K-2 mk-4 and k-2 mk-7 what are these made from?

Question for seller/manufacturer: Is the D3 sourced from lichen (vegan) or lanolin (sheep)?

The label says 1 Vegetarian capsule. Vitamin D (as cholecalciferols). So I don’t think it’s sheep. Also label says 60 vegetarian capsules, but I don’t see a vegan symbol & it doesn’t specify vegan. So perhaps manufacturer can get more specific. It works great though. I feel better & it’s reflected in my improved labs as well.
