Very nice and sturdy
This is the best made pull up that Ive bought. I love the adjustable ends for length and the fact they are wide for more sturdiness. It wont fit in our doorways because of the trim but however it does work in our hallway and it doesnt move.

Instructions Aren’t in English!
The instructions are not in English so that alone is very frustrating! I don’t advise using this as a door frame pull-up bar unless you want cracks in the door frame due human weight. Also I had problems with it sliding down. This isn’t a great option for doing pull ups. I felt like that I was going to fall every time that I did a pull up. I am not happy with it and I sure wouldn’t recommend it.

Decent design but flexes and no English instructions
We have an opening from our living room to the dining room that was perfect for the Tribe WOD pull up bar. My son has started working out so I thought it would be a good addition to his routine. The first, and biggest issue, is that there are no English instructions! All of the paperwork is in Asian languages. To mount the bar, you slide the red switches on both sides to the unlocked position, place the unit where you want it and then turn the bar until it expands (similar to a shower rod). Once in position, slide the switches to locked and pull down on the bar. It's not difficult, but it is definitely easier with two people. The bar is designed perfectly for use in a door WITHOUT a door jam. Doors that have one won't allow the bar to lock into place well enough to stay put while in use. I weigh 190lbs and when I was using it, the bar was flexing a bit. It didn't move from it's position thankfully, but it's something I am going to be keeping an eye on just in case. The foam grips are comfortable as well. The design on the WOD is good, unfortunately, without English instructions, it may be difficult for some to figure out the mounting. That, but more importantly, the flex while in use, are why I am rating it 3 stars.

There are NO English instructions.
This bar is really nice so far. I just installed it, it took me a minute because ALL of the instructions are written in Kanji. There is only the word "instructions" written on the front in English. So you know it's the instruction sheet, but after that, you're on your own. There are pictures, but the pictures are not really clear about what to do with which parts, so again, you spend some time with trial and error. That said, The bar itself is great quality, and once you get it on, it holds weight well, and is sturdy. I have mine on my garage entrance, and it seems great! If there are any issues, I will repost/edit this review, but as for the equipment itself, it is great, and I am very happy with it. There are no screws or hardware involved, which I loved because I didn't want to mess up my door frame. It is easily removed, (once you figure out how to install it), so it can be placed in a different room, should you choose to.What I discovered with the instructions that might be helpful:1. There are two red clips, one on each side of the bar, those come out right away. They are like little brakes that will keep the bar from turning once installed. Pull them out on the outer end of the bar, and they will go back in on that side once you have your bar in place. There are teeth on them that correspond with the short grips that will turn the bar to lengthen or shorten the bar once you have it in the door frame. When you have it in place, the grips are turned simultaneously to lengthen or shorten. When you have the correct length, put the clips back in the way you took them out, and they will lock the bar in place so it won't move when you are using it.2. The two anchors have arrows that show up side, and a notch that fits it the grove of the bar to hold them in place. Put the anchors on after you have the bar length somewhat close to the length you need. After you put the anchor feet on, use the short grips to tighten the system.3. It comes with a level that clips on the center of the bar, this will help you get the bar in the right place in the door frame and keep it there while tightening the bar.I hope this helps if you purchase this really great bar with no English instructions. I do recommend it if you are looking for a sturdy bar that won't mar your doorway, or if you need to have one that will be mobile.
