Excellent quality

I loved. these. Really helped me get. double unders. Was pleasantly suprised at how good they were when they didn't cost much.

ممتاز للسرعة ووزنه مناسب لجميع انواع النط

This is a very good skipping rope, overall quality is very high, as an experienced skipper I highly recommend this rope. The metal rope is heavier then plastic, however the response and speed you can get from it is very nice. Keep in mind that it is thicker that metal speed ropes usually are, however any tricks and double unders are completely doable on this rope, it doesn't tangle, you just have to adjust to it's feeling. For me the handles do not slip, as other users reported, I haven't experienced it.

Amazing. Very easy to use . The wire never gets tangled

Cons: - it broke after less than 10 times use. (Wire got cut where it meets the handle) - handles get very slippery after continuous jumping Pros: - good for skipping - comes with 2 wires

Good quality, I highly recommend

This Jumping rope is an excellent high-intensity for my workout improve cardiovascular health, agility, and coordination. It's a great way to burn calories and enhance overall fitness while improving lower body strength and endurance.
