The book is only a summary and came way too small in size

the book was smaller than expected

I was surprised by the tiny size but it may do as a little reminder of the Habits.

This book was not what I expected. However, that is completely my fault. I ordered what I thought was the normal version of the book but I had not noticed that this was a miniature edition. However it does have the essence of the full book version and is quite useful in some ways. Presumably the full edition will expand on all the content of the miniature edition.

My partner is a big fan of the original book and so i wanted to get him something that is easier enough to carry around with him and so he has this to refer to for gentle little reminders and prompts when needed. Great :)

i am sure the real book is great...but this is the miniature version (which i didnt realise when i ordered) and when they say miniature they are not kidding. Its the size of the palm of my hand. It is so small it is actually comical. Completely useless, buy the proper size version.
