Bought these even though there were cheaper headsets available. Use these for telehealth patients and needed a headset that was both comfortable and had a long battery live. Also wanted to have a good sound quality and soft, comfortable over the ear wear. My wife used them for first time yesterday and sound quality was good, active noise cancellation worked well, and they kept a charge the entire day. Definitely recommend them for folks who are on video calls all day.

This headset has been the best one I’ve tried and I’ve tried a few. I work from home and needed a good headset for all of my teams meetings. It’s comfortable while wearing and the noise canceling works great. Has a long lasting battery and super easy to charge with the magnetic charging stand. All of the controls are super easy to use. I would definitely recommend if you are In the market for one.

UPDATE: worked awesome for 6 months, then it started becoming very erratic, I did the trouble shooting with POLY- they said to return it and they'd send new. I sent it back and it was received by them 13 days ago- I still have no headset and am unable to get any answers from POLY which is now part of HP. I bought a less expensive brand headset and while the sound quality was good- the connection to the microphone was a total PIA- it connected about 30% of the time So I bought this plantronics voyager focus I’m batting 1000, feels good, high quality sound and when a call comes through I put on my headset and immediately am connected I also like that it also seemlessly connects to my iPhone and I can go back and forth between platforms I’m no tech genius but this thing is easy and it works great

audio was good, maybe 9/10 for both audio and mic. Very light and comfortable. charging stand was "OK" it was easy enough to place them on the base, but they took a little fiddle to get them to seat all the way. im sold until this point.... however, they are no good if you wear glasses. Im known to run hot.... but my ears were annoyingly warm when I wore them. (perfect if you are always cold!) and finally, I hand a paralized arm from a car cash.... the rotating speakers are very difficult to put on with one hand.... also the small buttons and switchs are difficult. Maybe Id get use to it, but because they interfere with glasses its a no go. they are good... just not for me

I liked this headset a lot not only it was noise cancelling it comes with a charging stand which is so helpful I feel like sometimes we get too lazy and forget to charge our headphones but this is so simple you just have to put it on the charging stand. It’s also very good if you work from home and need headphones that have a microphone that will have good audio output for meetings if you live with others the sound quality is really good and the design is simple and sleek

This headset is comfortable and has a good call quality with effective noise canceling, but I was disappointed by two critical issues: 1. The battery life. It doesn’t seem to last very long compared to the many other Plantronics headsets and phones I’ve used over the years. Making this issue much worse: I often get on a call and the headset’s cheerful voice tells me “talk time eight hours remaining” and then less than fifteen minutes later “battery low” and a few minutes after that “charge headset” and it’s dead. 2. The bluetooth range is very poor. Again disappointing compared to other Plantronics headsets I have used which are usually pretty good. Less than 20 feet away with no walls between myself and laptop I often get a badly degraded signal, especially people telling me “you’re breaking up!” To make this worse often the signal does not get restored when I move back toward the computer, and I need to quickly turn it off and back on to get the signal clear again. I bought this largely based on previous experience with Plantronics which had been excellent. I am disappointed this particular product failed to live up to this expectation, and failed rather spectacularly considering these failure points were issues I had hoped to avoid specifically by buying this brand and model.

Great Product

I work from home. I am on phone nearly all days at least 2 days a week. The ear pads extremely comfortable, no ear fatigue by end of day. Charge last well past an 8+ hour day. In between meetings I can listen to podcasts, music, audiobooks without taking headphones off to put on another headset or ear buds. Highly satisfied!
