What can I say,I went looking for Rogue Kilo Change Plates. I came across these and thought I would give them a shot. Well I WASNT DISAPPOINTED!The look great and feel great. No fitment issues.You won’t be disappointed

I am very happy with Synergee's set of change plates. I have avoided using change plates in the past by just increasing reps/sets because change plates are expensive and the cost per LB is hard to justify. However, Synergee's set of change plates is a very affordable luxury.Plate Finish: The rubber coating on these steel plates is smooth and consistent and the colors comply with IWF Olympic weightlifting standards.Barbell Fit: Each of the weights fits well on a 50mm barbell sleeve with minimal sag. The rubber coating slides easily and did not catch on my Texas Power Bar.Weight Accuracy: Each of the weights were extremely accurate with less than 1% variance of stated weight and all were of calibrated quality within 10 grams.Usability: The change plates allow you to make incremental adjustments for lighter lifts like the shoulder press. These are likely good for overcoming plateaus too.Metric vs Imperial: Weights are weights; I would prefer to purchase weights in LBs to match my other plates, but these still work well. I can easily convert 1KG≈2.2LB in my head, but labeled the back of each weight in LBs for convenience.Value: Synergee may not have the name recognition of Rogue, Eleiko, or Titan, but these change plates are of comparable quality for significantly less.

The plates are well made. They serve their function. I would recommend getting them. FYI… they are in KG so you have to convert to lbsThe price makes It worth it.

Ordering these change plates was easy and I loved how sturdy they are built! These are about $50 cheaper than Rogue change plates AND if you have PRIME shipping is FREE and arrive in a few days. I've loved them for using for my training and virtual competitions. Customer support is fantastic and this is really an awesome value overall!

Can’t complain! Arrived as described and at that price they are great.

I got the package with change and fractional plates. The came nicely packaged and look great. No burs or over paint on the lettering. I can't speak on the tolerance of the weight as I don't have a scale but seem good enough to inch into more power. The bigger the weight have an inner diameter big enough to slide into the 2 inch bar and holder, but the lighter you go the tighter the inner diameter will get. If you see the pictures the lightest one .125 kg gets stuck half way. But it's rubber so it'll get easier the more you use it.

En mi caso me llegaron completas, en todo caso de que no Amazon debe ofrecer un reemplazo o reembolso.El producto en si hace lo que dice, tal vez la única posible queja es que el interior del agujero donde va la barra es plástico y no metal como en las placas de tamaño completo, esto hace que se batalle un poco a meterlas a veces porque hace mucha fricción. Esto no me molesta, y de hecho ayuda a que las placas no se resbalen. No estoy seguro de que tan exactas son las medidas de peso.

Perfect weight plates set!

Despite there plates being pretty nice and they feel really good and of great quality, the hole that is pressed into them does not accommodate either of the York or Rogue barbells that I have.Also despite the fact that these plates ship with a card asking you to contact them before leaving a review, in case anything didnt work out, their customer agent response was less than helpful: "Thanks for letting me know! While these should fit any standard 2" olympic bar, some brands use slightly different sleeve diameters, and even a few mm's in difference can make a huge difference with how plates fit. I'm very sorry that these didn't work out for you! Great way of adding small increments to a lift. Rubber is a very User friendly material and won't scratch your other equipment or rust.
