This item clearly & largely says “ KETO” on the bottle yet has 7g Carbs & 5g sugars per serving!2 things you avoid when on a Keto or low carb diet !!!!! Money waisted & have to just throw away !!!!!!

The gummies taste far better than expected, which is great!They have a good consistence and are easy to implement as supplements.Can't say anything about weight loss yet, as I just started taking them.I do have less cravings for sweets though

Stinks to High Heaven
I guess it works okay as an OTC weight loss aid, but dear God do not smell the jar with contents EVER. In fact I wouldn't even recommend chancing the smell of indiviudual gummies. Hold your nose, pop 'em into your mouth, chew and go.

They are very expensive and I did not notice anything different in my health. They had an unpleasant smell, however they had a good taste. They just aren’t for everyone.
