Disappointing music.
I've just opened this. The music box is very pretty and the giraffes spin in a cute way. Unfortunately the music is 'Our Tune' which is a very sad piece of music. It was intended as a joyful gift and not something that should make the little girl's parents cry. I will have to return it for that reason alone.

I had to return mine as the spring didn't work to play music
I bought this for my daughters first Christmas, She loves Sophie so thought this would be perfect for bedtime. I turned the handle and I got one second of music then it was stuck. I was being gentle as its a child toy and it only played music if you hit the box. I might have been unlucky, but I would check before the ig day if you are buying it as a gift

Disappointed.
I bought early as a Christmas present to my daughter. It worked a couple of times and stopped. Very disappointed.

Toll, nicht nur zum verschenken
Sehr schöne Spieluhr. Die Giraffen drehen sich sauber und man schaut ihnen gerne zu. Die Melodie wird sauber abgespielt und klingt auch sehr schön.Wir haben diese (und andere Modelle) schon mehrfach verschenkt und auch unsere Jungs habe die Spieluhr zu Hause. Absolute Kaufempfehlung, wenn man etwas besonderes veelrschenken möchte.

Looks like second hand, has marks on the top where ballerines move. Cannot launch music box, it gets stuck.
