I ordered one for each of our four dogs. The youngest, however, a Standard Poodle, was overly "attracted" to, perhaps a scent, in the blankets and his "affections" soon proved his blanket's demise. The females however, used their blankets in a manner for which they were intended and were enjoying them thoroughly until the male began absconding with theirs. After chasing and chastising him for stealing their blankets repeatedly, I realized I was waging a war I could not win and finally relinquished all the blankets to his hormonal antics. He was one happy poodle.One other buyer had written a review regarding this issue and I wish I had heeded her warning. However, the blankets were of a good price and size, so I decided to take a chance, but was disappointed in the end.On a positive note, the blankets washed extremely well, dried quickly, were lightweight and easy to shake out, yet still provided a nice layer of warmth to the dogbeds on cold nights. Much to my surprise, in the few short weeks the blankets lasted, our dogs actually came to look forward to having them laid out on the beds on chilly nights.Another positive feature was how quickly the blankets dried. Given how wet it has been here lately, I was frequently washing and drying wet dog towels which is both costly and time consuming. Yet, these blankets dry in less than 30 minutes in the dryer, so they quickly pay for themselves. Moreover, the fabric is truly water resistant as advertised, as well as dirt repellent, so most days simply shaking them out and letting them dry in the sun was enough.One last added benefit was that to humans at least--though clearly not male poodles--the blankets had no obvious odors or harsh chemical smells. Some of our family members struggle with multiple chemical sensitivities, yet all were pleased with and unaffected by these blankets.Had it not been for our overzealous, hormonal poodle, these blankets would have been awesome.

My 12 week old puppy loves this soft blanket soooooo much that I bought 2 more so she never has to be without it. It’s the perfect size for her crate. It’s so soft, she drags it around like a 2 year old with a security blanket! I highly recommend this to help comfort a new puppy.

I ordered two gray/gray ones. The velour-type side is very soft, and the other side adds a lot of cushioning and will appeal to pets that like sleeping on sheepskin. My cat is happy to hang out and sleep on them - one is on the storage bench at the end of my bed, close to the heater, and he's been sleeping on it a ton ever since the heat came on! I've even seen him kneading on one, which he only ever does with good thick fleece/velour stuff, so he definitely approves. (Though of course he sleeps right next to the one on the couch, instead of on it, half the time, because he's a cat.)They definitely help keep cat hair, claw covers, and tracked litter off the furniture. More than big enough for my largish cat - a medium dog would have plenty of space, and it's big enough for a human to use as a lap blanket - but still small enough to easily wash.

My dogs ripped these things up fairly quickly and do not normally present that behavior. I would be cautious making this purchase as even if your pups are lazy and docile this blankets get them going.

Pet throw is very soft but very thin so disappointed. The picture makes it appear thick but definitely not. The sherpa side is not the real cotton type that retains heat. My 5lb Chihuahua did not like the faux sherpa as too featherweight to retain heat & provide comfort on her little body. I bought a regular throw with REAL cotton sherpa & she digs under & sleeps well. So for us, this pet throw did not work. Cute size though.

Bought this to try and keep some of the kitty fur off of the couch. It is very soft and I like the blue color as it blends in with my other decor. I do wish it was a little thicker but I double it over and she seems approve. She lays on it all the time... I even find her asleep on it at night, when she usually sleeps in her bed upstairs next to my bedroom door. I haven't tried washing it yet, so I can't speak to that kind of dura durability. It seems somewhat durable though... I did notice a few snaggs from her nails ( velvet side) but she did need get nails trimmed, so that could have been why. Overall I would recommend 👍

When we had just one dachshund mix, he had an old, heavy, child-sized blanket in his bed. When he got a brother, I bought a "dog blanket," and it was thin, and they decided it was a better tug-of-war toy than a blanket.I bought one of these, and they immediately went from fighting over the baby blanket to fighting over this one. A second purchase, and peace reigned.While they still occasionally pull a blanket out to play with, they're not interested in biting them to shreds the way they were with the thin type.

I purchased two of these blankets, and they are both perfect. They are by far my cats' favorite place to be. Thinking of buying a few more to place around the house!

Tengo dos gatos y la pongo sobre el sillón para que duerman más calientitos y no estén directamente sobre el sillón. Les encantó, se acurrucan encima de ella y ayuda mucho a marcarles el lugar donde pueden estar. No es para poner sobre el piso ya que no es muy gruesa. La amaron mis gatos

Es muy ligera, poco abrigadora, a pesar de las dos telas, es delgada, es muy suave la borrega, la tela gris es suavecita pero algo fría, el largo no corresponde, viene un poco más chica. Es para perros pequeños y para cuando no hace tanto frío como en estás fechas

nos mudamos a un lugar donde hace frio todos los días y mi perrita siempre estaba con sus orejitas muy frías, le compre esta cobija y es la mas feliz, aparte de que esta super suave es muy calientita.

A mi gata le súper encantó.. ya no la suelta.
