It works fine but
Not a magic set up guys. I had to find the right driver, and install it at the Dell site using my Tag Number. There might be another way if you can go to the mfg's site, but I used Dell, and it was not easy. Look at the stuff below the driver download, and find one that fits your operating system as well as your computer, and try that. Once installed it works like a champ. Also, be sure and plug in the antenna. There are no instructions from China, and you have to know that the antenna has to be plugged in. Nice price, and it works!

Took a little work, but works great
The card was as advertised with good packaging and fast shipping from seller. However, this is not plug and play if your computer did not come with the card originally. Needed to buy a screw to hold the card in locally and then worked the Dell forums to find instructions on how to load the required Bluetooth software and drivers. The required antenna was already installed in my E6500 and the bios were configured properly. Finally had to download the Vista 64bit drivers to get the card to work on my Windows 7 system. Now that everything is working, I'm very happy. In fact, typed this review on my Bluetooth keyboard.

The new card works fine but has one problem
I got this card for my Dell Latitude E6500, on which the equivalent card had developed some problems. The new card works fine but has one problem, which is that when you turn the wireless switch on the side of the laptop off, it also turns off Bluetooth and the wired Ethernet.

Didnt work computer did not discover even unidentified hardware, to cheap to mess around with shipping for the return, ended up using an Intel card..

Works occasionally; Stick w/ Headset
Registers, but Disconnects at random. Win7 BT remains unreliable waste of time [as both Android / IOS connections just work]
