UpNourish Probiotics - 200 Billion CFUs, 15 Strains, Prebiotics & Enzymes - 6...

Love these. Please, please please don't change anything with them. I was on a mission to improve my gut health for my physical and mental well being. I researched a lot into probiotics before deciding on these and they have great strains for a female without a bunch of additives for a decent price compared to others. The main thing is them actually reaching your gut and making a difference and I have noticed an amazing difference in combination with my hormonal balancing herbs from my functional doc. My first visit he had me bring in any supplements I was taking and these were the only ones he approved of. I stopped taking all others and just take these and the herbs he prescribed and I feel like a new person. These also have kept me having regular bowel movements which was a struggle for me before. Couldn't recommend enough.

Bought this probiotic due to a few factors: probiotic amount, different strains of bacteria, veggie capsule, its shelf stable, and a good price which are all markers of a quality product for me. I like to use probiotics to keep my gut happy, it helps with my digestion when things are feeling sluggish and it's a staple in my routine for my health. So far so good, I take one probiotic every other day due to the probiotic amount, I don't need much than that due to eating fermented food as well. For beginners take high dose probiotics, I would recommend starting off slow to see how it makes you feel until you get to the recommended dosage. Love this, it will be a repurchase for me.

An update on my last review. I made another attempt at the Probiotics a couple of weeks later after my stomach settled and the runs were gone. This time the Probiotics went down well with no upset stomach. In fact, I found it helped with bloating and improved digestion. I have restarted taking it with no problems ever since. I guess it works after my guts got used to it.

Did a little research on this company and was pleased with the comments. This is a very strong probiotic which I am happy to be able to take. Provides good gut health and as you know your immune system lives largely in your gut. This is a very reasonable priced product and they have other products available. I bought the vitamin D and vitamin K combo capsule, and the magnesium to take at night. Will definitely buy these again when I run out.

I’d like to make an honest review and not a good overly positive review with promise of a free product as some sort of motivation . I gave these a month to see how they could benefit me and I don’t feel super positive about them: they gave me constant diarrhea and while on these, after eating breakfast I’d face 4 to 5 rounds of horrid diarrhea. Not taking these, the problems go away. I even tested it with a week break and back to them and the problems came right back. It will even reoccur after a few days off. That fact that they do this to me doesn’t make it a bad product for everyone. I know the point of probiotics is to disrupt the current biome and change things but I personally didn’t perceive that i got a benefit from these… just painful bathroom trips and worse digestion . That is just me, I’m not saying don’t try them, and I’m not saying that they are “bad” just that they don’t make MY gut happy and they don’t make my digestion better and they don’t make my BM’s healthier .

This is my third bottle of the Upnourish Probiotics 200 Billion CFU. The daily serving is two capsules. I love that they are smaller than a small paper clip. They’re easy to swallow and have done wonders my digestive system. I also love they come in a small bottle which is easier to store and better for the environment.
