I am very disappointed with this product
I am very disappointed with this product. The packaging quality was extremely poor. The item was not packed properly, which gave a bad first impression and raised concerns about the product's condition during delivery. Additionally, the Bluetooth connectivity is very unsatisfactory. It frequently disconnects, takes a long time to pair, and does not provide a stable connection, making the product frustrating to use. This significantly affects its overall performance and user experience. Based on my experience, the product does not meet my expectations in terms of both packaging and functionality. I would not recommend it to others unless these issues are addressed.

Mic sound is good and loud, catches voice from 20 feet, without Bluetooth getting disconnected. Best bluetooth conference speaker and prompt customer support over phone and email.

Excellent conference speaker- 2-time buyer
Using their first one for 5 years without a single second of disconnection. This is my second purchase for my new office and the excellent quality continues and the price has become even cheaper! Hands down the best one in the market for connecting to all calling apps. Battery backup is of more than 3 to 4 hours as well.
