Just received yesterday, promptly as promised. Opened properly and works well so far, condition like-new as promised. Packing could have been a bit more secure, iPad was boxed inside in smaller box but crashing around in much larger outer box, charger cube and cord unpackaged and loose in large box, no packing or cushioning inside outer box.

I would put 0 if I could.
Low buttery life after a month. After 3 - doesn't charge at all. Seller doesn't care. Replied- "your warranty has expired." Not even tried to solve the issue. Worse experience ever with the seller through Amazon.
