Organic help for Menopause troubles 🙂
I am impressed with the herbs contained in this supplement. At first I tried taking one tablet daily but recently found that taking two (one at breakfast and at lunch) has greatly improved a lot of my symptoms. I feel calmer and have more energy. I still need help to get to sleep but I am eating almonds to get magnesium in my diet for extra help with stress and anxiety.NB. Magnesium is great for anxiety, insomnia and so much more - I find it hard to take as a supplement so I use Better You Magnesium lotion. Its great as it is easily absorbed through the skin. 🙂

Definitely helps
I have tried various menopause products but this one really helps with the broken sleeps and the hot flushes. I like it because it is all natural and I am trying to avoid the medical options

brilliant for hot flushes
these are brilliant, i have been taking these for a few moths now for hot flushes and menopause and they stop the flushes, i notice if i run out i get the flushes back...i tell most women about them...brilliant they should be on the nhs

Too expensive and made no difference still have the hot flushes

My “little helper”
Have been taking these for a few months now and believe they have helped relieve anxiety and mood swings that are menopause related! If I stop for a few days, I do notice the difference!
