Only flew to Rhodes, Greece and back to London Gatwick. The right side strap started to come apart. They really need to sort this out. Has the potential to be an excellent 5 star product. Fits the cpap machine and all the accessories perfectly. Has room for a tablet, book, drink, etc. If they fix the build issues, I will consider buying again.

UPDATE: Seller went out of their way to stand behind their product. I am having the shoulder straps reinforced by a local seamstress and hope that they’ll be secure once fixed.As others have pointed out, the shoulder straps are not sewn securely, and with any moderate weight in the backpack, it strains the stitching where the top of the shoulder straps are attached to the backpack.We bought two of these, and they’re both having the same problem.Now I have to figure out how to more securely sew these straps back on. Hiring a seamstress will cost extra $$.Other than this MAJOR issue, the backpack does a good job of holding my entire cpap gear in the back bottom compartment, leaving room up top and along the front for many other items, which is way better than lugging the standard loose cpap carrying case that has no extra storage space.The backpack fits under most airplane seats, so it’s convenient to have stuff with you as opposed to in the overhead compartment.I carry headphones in their case; iPad; charging cables; passport; keys; windbreaker; snacks; drinks and there’s room for lots more stuff. I’ve even used it as an overnight bag, carrying 1 change of clothes along with my toiletry kit.

I love how much space the bag has. I love the look it has. They quality of it is amazing. The zipper is sturdy. And it's performance is amazing.

I’m sitting at the airport mid trip and noticed that the strap seam is coming out. This is only my second trip with it and both times have been as a carry on. The zippers are holding on fine. Unfortunately I’m outside of the return window for a replacement.
