I really like this oximeter, well packed and the quality is great, actually I was using this one for several times which is belong to my friend,she bought this one three months ago and it works very well, so I decided to buy one for myself, and I would like to share my experienceto use this oximeter:1. Accuracy. Very accurate, I was compared with the ECG machine in the hospital and the readings was same. (Tips: make sure that your nail is clean and no nail polish, or the oximeter will not detect andworking)2.Quality.The quality is great, black color and painted finish, the finger pad seems made of silicone, very soft to use.3.Display. The screen is 2 color LCD screen, looks better than the LED one.4.Respond. Very fast respond, this one is bon button design, so when you put you finger into the pad , it will automatically detect your finger and running, the results will show within 8 seconds,and it will shut down in about 11 seconds if you stop using it.5.Alarm. Flashlight alarm, the light was inserted near the screen, when you put your finger in, the light start working, one flash means one heart beat, and light color is green,when your SPO2 is under 90%, or your heart rate is under 60, the light will turn red and alarm.6.Power. Battery-power, the device come with 2 pcs AAA batteries, very convenience to use. The important things that you need to load the batteries correctly becausethe first user may be confused by the positive / negative pole, and there's a instruction mark on the battery slot, so it wouldn't be a problem if you look carefully before loading the batteries.

The media could not be loaded.  After a brief period in hospital with pneumonia it became clear to me how important SPO2 values are in determining lunch function and assessing improvement.First things first, accuracy. With a wife as a Doctor she has compared the readings on this to a hospital measurement and the comparison is very good. As with all readings from these devices, they can take 10-20 seconds to settle but once done the readings are the same.The screen is easy to read and clear, with 4 displays showing SPO2 and pulse. One view even has a little pulse graph. Not sure how useful that is but it looks good!There are no buttons on the device. Clip it on the finger and it auto starts and continues to measure until you remove it. It then auto shuts down after a few seconds.The device comes with sensible instructions and a hard carry case meaning it’s easy to throw in a bag. There’s also a lanyard supplied.

Shows readings for objects - kid tried a pen and it gives same readings for the pen inside as for his and our fingers, which is v worrying, given we had assumed it was showing the right readings! Not sure if it's a one off faulty piece or if this happens more often. Requesting a refund...

Really impressed with the oximeter, it was working straight out of the box so I was able to try it straight away. The finger clip is very gentle and applies hardly any pressure but still gives an accurate reading. Included in the box is a strap that can be fitted to the device so you can hang it round your neck and also a pouch to put it in to keep it clean and safe. The display automatically shuts off when not in use, saving the battery. Great buy for peace of mind.

Easy to use and value of money highly recommended for family

The device is great. I use it for an elder person we have in the family. Its really good, fast and easy to use. Small in size aswell so we are able to take it anywhere while travelling.

I very like this product but it is expensive but it is worth to buy it because it can automatically charge and it will shut down after 3 seconds and it is very accurate.

Unfortunately due to Cancer I have to use this everyday. I brought a little case for it so you just pop it out, slip it on, Job done. This is a great product and the price is very very competitive.
