Good replacement
I'm very satisfied with this nozzle. My original nozzle was slowed down by the calcium build-up caused by hard water in my area. This replacement greatly improved the flow and the quality/material is exactly the same as the original nozzle. I'm loving it.

This is a genuine Moen replacement part
I saved literally two thirds of the price of new vs. renewed buying through Amazon Warehouse. This was my third purchase bought this way. The Moen Brand spray wand arrived in exellent condition and works perfectly. I had bought an aftermarket faucet cartridge for my bathroom previously and it ended up not fitting correctly. I paid a few dollars more for factory part, and it was perfect. The old saying is you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend checking brads and prices that are great values like this was for me. My only regret is that I did not replace the hose at the same time, but I will !

Workable replacement for the original
This replacement spout/sprayer for Moen Extensa pull-out faucet has a plastic shell that is very lightweight compared to the metal original. It fits a bit loosely in the base compared to the original. The spray head is a bit smaller diameter and different shape. The color/finish does match the original stainless steel. My original (20+ years old) developed a leak from the spray/stream diverter mechanism buttons (beneath the rubber cover) which caused water to drip out the back of the spout into the base. The replacement solves that problem but remains to be seen if it lasts 20 years. I suppose one shouldn't complain being that at least there is a workable replacement part for a 20+ year old faucet. So, yay! on that point. In reference to a reviewer who complains that the faucet doesn't stay in spray mode when the water is turned off and back on, which requires re-engaging spray mode ... that is normal / intended operation. My original from day one also always changed back to stream mode when turned off from spray mode.

Poor Substitute for the Original Part
I purchased the Moen 136829SL as a replacement for my original Extensa pull out wand. You should believe the reviews that say this is an inferior part. It's largely made of plastic, rather than the stainless steel the original was made of. The black plastic base was loose in the surrounding handle, showing poor quality control. The unit lacked the heft and solidity of the original part, and I suspect it would not have lasted long under regular use. I won't find out, because I am returning it.Cheers to Amazon for their excellent return policy. Jeers to Moen for allowing this poor quality item to carry their name. (A name that used to mean quality in plumbing fixtures.)

Lightweight, not as good a quality as the original. Plastic threads damaged.
Moen parts have apparently greatly dropped in quality since the faucet was bought ~10 years ago. This faucet head had no where near the heft and feel of the original. It was very obviously lightweight plastic with a very thin plating of metallic finish. Tried to install it anyway and found the threads to connect the hose were damaged and could not be made usable. Thankfully it is within the return window.

It looks the same as the one it replaced and it was easy to replace.
The rubber cover on top of the old faucet used to operate the sprayer deteriorated over many years and came off when I last used it, so I needed a quick replacement part. I read earlier comments from other Amazon customers that bought this part and at least one noted it was not exactly the same color. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that the replacement not only was delivered quickly, but does match the old part. It's installed and works fine.

Perfect Replacement
Purchased this replacement for my Moen Extensa pull out faucet. It was easy to install. The whole process from opening the package to running water out the new faucet took about five minutes. It is an exact match to the original that was installed when I built my home 15 years ago.

Leaks at base when partially out of the wand holder
Needed a new wand and purchased this one. Noticed that when the wand is not all the way in the wand base holder and you move the faucet side to side pushing on the wand that it leaks at the base of the wand where the plastic threads end inside the wand. Never noticed this on the original faucet and wand. Contacted manufacturer and they sent me a new wand with washer. Noticed washer is looser than previous original washer on original wand and still leaks. Contacted Moen, the manufacturer, and they sent new hose and new washer. Still leaking...so, if the wand is not completely seated in its base holder and you move the faucet side to side, it leaks.....anyone have kids....try to get them the to fully seat the wand...appreciate manufacturer's responsiveness, but I will have to replace the whole faucet.
