I’m not sure which country the product is manufactured. But the quality of the book is excellent very nicely put together the binding is nice the pages are hard stock good book overall

Would this work for a single parent?

Yes but there is a space for parents with baby. But really you can just make it your own. There’s also a space for siblings and I only have one baby

Does this book have a keepsake envelope ??

Yes it does, but it is only about the size of the page and so it does not hold much and the items should be flat or the book won't close completely.
