Easy to use and delicious in many things. We used this in our menudo as a substitute for tripe and was perfect! Absorbed the flavors beautifully and was just the right texture. We just let it simmer directly in the broth for an hour instead of pre-soaking.

VERY OLD - LIKE IT WAS SITTING ON A SHELF FOR A LONG TIME. SMELLED FUNNY.

Both containers were unsealed and most of the snow mushrooms are moldy. Unable to return :/

These rootless white fungus are not chemically bleached or smoked with sulfur because you can’t smell any pungent smell. Their surface yellowish color is natural. You have to be careful with those pure white dried white fungus, bought it from someone else before.
