Not stamping in the correct place
Customer service hasn’t been helpful at all! Ordered this for my business to track employees breaks and hasn’t worked despite 4 people that are tech savvy trying to fix the problem with steps from their videos and customer service just keeps repeating the same steps. Hope they will send me a not fault unit

I've had this time clock for a few months. No issues. It would have been nice if it could calculate hours automatically. Also font is too small and squiched.

Poor Time Clock Machine.
I just bought this machine, and I'm very unhappy with the machine options. Accuracy is poor, the machine was programmed multiple times, but no time calculation, Print time clock-in and clock-out on different blocks. Not recommended to anyone.
