Pretty Good!
Installation was fairly easy. It was installed in my RV about a a week ago and so far is working well. Good for a quick shower, takes a few minutes to reheat but definiately worth what I paid.

Works well. Need to have it almost all the way up for workable hot water. Dimensions as advertised and easy to install

Great Water.. Short Experience
Great Product.. install is almost plug & play. Takes a while to heat up . I bought the 4 Gallon unit . However I used this heater to create a “Shower” from the pre existing plumbing in my bathroom . All & All I was able to shower with decent hot water temp & water pressure for about 3-5 minutes before the water gets cold again.

enough water to take a quick shower ...
easy to install ... only had one little setback -- the pressure relief valve.i tried 4 times wrapping the threads with the included teflon tape, but always got a small leak. so, i did it the 'old-school' way -- first, i wrapped the threads with about 6 layers of teflon, then i coated the tape with black enamel paint. i tightened her down, then let it sit overnight with the water off.next morning, when i turned the water back on -- no leaks!

Great water heater. Come with wall hanging kit.
Likes the ease of setup and installation.Likes it comes with the fittings and hanging kit.Do not like that the bottom is not flat and it must be hung to be stationary.

Water heater failed after 6 months and flooded my garage.
What else is there to say this thing is literally responsible for thousands of dollars of damage on my building and lost days of my time to repairThere’s not even an option to contact customer support

Easy to install and produces very hot water
Bought this for a houseboat. So far it has worked great. Be sure to adjust the temperature because it produces very hot water!
