Brought this for my hubby to try. As others in the past have not been unsatisfactory. This item smooths his beard, lays the fly away hairs neatly in place. Smells nice and gives a lovely slight shine.

normally it’s really good and smells amazing, i chose it over others because of the nice smell even though it’s more expensive, however this time i bought it on sale and it smellsoff, think they discounted it and sold an old batch. not happy and they lost a customer.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered two Scotch Porter Beard Balms and both arrived already opened. There was no original safety seal and the packaging looked old, worn, and clearly used.This is a personal hygiene product — sending items that have already been opened is completely irresponsible. There is no way to know if the contents were used, contaminated, or tampered with before shipping. I have no idea what is actually inside the container.This is a serious quality and safety failure. Receiving used or previously opened grooming products is disgusting and completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.
