This really does have a low flush aspect about it. I take it at night mostly. I have tried so many niacin products in the past 20 years, and this is by miles,the absolute best.

Quality supplement, less brain fog, no skin flushing

No side effects 2 per day
You’ve got to try this if your cholesterol levels run higher than normal like mine. My doctor said only this form of niacin, nicotinic acid works but was concerned I would have red skin flushing. But so far I have had any at all taking one twice a day

Great Product - Flush Unless Its Taken with Food
Great product, however, the niacin flush is not always low. It is recommended to take this supplement with food, which I highly advise as well, and to go a step further I would recommend to take it with starchy foods. I found that some pills are much stronger than others. Not sure if the powder for the pills is not mixed evenly or what the cause of it is. In some incidents, there was zero flush, other times it turned my entire body pink and itchy as a sunburn would. My husband experienced the same thing. So yes, it is a good product but take it with food for sure and be prepared that not all pills are of the same strength.

Effective but 500mg might not be enough!
This is an effective product, but the recommended 500 mg dose might not do the trick because I continued to have elevated cholesterol. After discussing it with my pharmacist, I have increased my daily dose from 500 mg to 1,500 mg, which is the recognized most effective dose for lowering cholesterol.UPDATE: Although I did take 1,500 mg for several months, I reduced the dosage to 1000 for a few months to save money, and today, I got the results from my annual blood test. My cholesterol is now totally normal and I can say this niacin really works!

Small tablets easy to swallow
These tablets are pretty small and very easy to swallow. After my latest labs decided to use niacin to aid with my cholesterol and for the last two weeks I’ve been slowly working it into my daily intake. No side effects at all.
